Practical Considerations

School districts and other local education agencies should consider updating their Board Policies and Administrative Regulations regarding expulsion rehabilitation plans and re-entry requirements.  Internal processes should also be updated to comply with the new re-entry timelines and rehabilitation plans requirements.
